If you could please let us know which part of the assessment you failed we will be happy to provide details on where to find this within the course. Hello Stephen, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that the course wasn't what you expected. I would speak to your employer about this as it sounds as though you might be looking for more practical training. Our course is an awareness training course but if you want to learn about how to use equipment you will need face to face training for this I'm afraid.
