“Absolutely aimed at people who work 9-5 jobs, some of the recommendations were silly and the rest are mostly common knowledge. Usual slow pacing, repetitive and droning. What took 1.5 hours with an overly simple assessment at the end could have been delivered better and been more engaging/memorable using a 5 minute video.”
