“I would feel more happy to learn the information if I felt like I was interested in the subjects. I like what HST do with the the historic references, but I would do more of that. Make people feel like they're coming out of the experience more educated in lessons that aren't readily available online. Some of the history they include it sort of common knowledge. Also I don't like that they push meat and fish as a way to get a healthy diet, that isn't the right attitude to have when training people.”
