“This was really informative and provided some good techniques to manage workload and worry, such as outlining your tasks/worries and marking them 1-8, noting how long a task takes you to see how you can improve, and viewing yourself from an outsider's perspective in stressful situations. More of these types of tricks would be good to have, e.g., a backup task if the above isn't helpful. Overall, this was an effective course!”
