“I think there may be a mistake on the slide entitled 'Children in the Premises' as it refers to children aged 17 and 18 being unable to buy alcohol - should this not be 16 and 17?”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them.
