“Generally good, but it fails to cover the right to "Disapply the DPS" for Village and Community Halls, who can now take responsibility for alcohol sale themselves, rather than through a publican or licensee. The course is therefore less helpful and possibly misleading for people managing alcohol sales in those venues.”
