“As with other HST courses, it would be better to be able to pause the audio so that you can take notes and go back to certain parts. I also felt that the middle section of this course wasn't very informative. The section on 'profiling' didn't give enough examples of situations that may occur, it often just said 'this is a type of situation', with no depth. Then you were expected to just come up with diagrams and ways of profiling with no knowledge of how to do it. It would be useful to show an example and better still do do this online, so that you can see if you're on the right lines. The 'exercises' do this, you can be wrong or right, so you know if you're understanding correctly. However, you don't know if you're on the right track by simply jotting things down on paper for yourself that no one ever checks. Overall though a good and helpful course, thank you!”
