“With regards to the assessment: 1. Osteoarthritis is the first on the HSE list for LLD https://www.hse.gov.uk/msd/lld/index.htm So why isn't it the correct answer? 2. How does "Gather feedback from users" come before "Decide who ....?" - If you haven't identified "who" then you will be getting feedback from people that potentially aren't users!”
