“Enjoyed the course. Rarely does an online course actually relay information in a way that sticks in your head, but this one managed it. Its a shame you cant pause mid page, but its possible this is the reason the content stuck with me. Its quite full on content, but done in a way that teaches it well”

“Information was really good and to the point. However it felt quite dull doing the course. There could have been a LOT more interactive exercises to teach people correct workstation set up. It could have been as easily having a photo and setting up things to the correct standard. Maybe having scenarios of a DSE assessment so one gets to practice how to do an assessment. It could be a video and then questions on what to do in that situation. Overall useful information just needs a bit more effort in the training side.”
