“The online course would be ideal as the first part of a 2 part theory/practical training course. Storage of wheels - I very much doubt that the store personnel have had any training or instruction of how wheels should be stored.”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others!
