“not the same as face to face instruction feel online learning is a bit unsafe all it teaches is to answer, answers correctly it does not teach practical application also just keeps prompting until answer is correct its not really proper teaching”

Online learning has been quite important for businesses during the pandemic due to not being able to schedule training sessions as a group due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, where possible online learning should be backed up with practical training.
