The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! “My PUWER course was very detailed, excellent photos, covered all aspects necessary, focussed on the law and the tests were not simple, they made you think carefully. The ability to speed up the narrator was helpful. The voice used in the course was great! unlike some others that have AI robotic voices. I enjoyed this course and really do feel 'trained' .”
