“Good course to provide a general overview of LOLER, but would suggest this is not suitable for staff actually involved in lifting operations. There is reference to the SWL, but it would also be good to include WLL (Working Load Limit) and the differences between the two. HSE still refer to SWL, but manufacturers are using WLL more and more.”
