Morning Lauren, Thank you for your review and feedback on our Interviewing Skills course. I just wanted to let you know there is a settings button within our courses that allows you to select your course speed to suit your preference, you can speed it up or slow it down. I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again! Should you need anything in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best, Vicky (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

I wanted to raise a difference of opinion to some of the body language section of the interview skills training. Firstly, I believe body language interpretation has been fairly well recognised as being a myth, and can lead to confirmation bias. Secondly, suggesting things like someone not making eye contact meaning they are untrustworthy is extremely neuro-normative, and I consider that to be discrimination. I would be happy to give some assistance in revising this part of the training content, to ensure it aligns with our organisational values and helps our interview processes become more neuro-inclusive. As it stands, this form of interview judgement would exclude some of the learners in my own department, and across college, with neurodiversity from being considered for future positions.

Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it a lot. We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course. Thank you again and we wish you all the best in the future.

I simply do not think these are valuable to me. They are not written well and seem to provide nothing more that an opportunity for a company to click a box to say they are doing what is required. The assessments at the end are either very easy or they ask questions in such a way that the answers are often decided by an understanding of the authors opinion rather than fact. I'd also question the information contained in some of the modules as to the accuracy of it. Much of the information is simply opinion and not necessarily fact.
