Hello Ben, Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it a lot. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the course and that you found the voiceover annoying and the assessment too easy. I'm glad you were able to turn the voiceover off, we add this as a function as we know it might not be for everyone. With regards to the assessment, the course has been approved by RoSPA and they are happy with the assessment questions and how difficult they are however we really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course.
