“The course is very basic and a little confusing as It's based around commercial projects and barely touches on domestic sites; the responsibilities of certain people differs between the two. I think it stated that the course would take 1-2 hours, i completed it a lot faster than that as it's very basic and once the commercial responsibilities have been covered, they barely touch on the domestic side. The voice over lady is very off-putting but she can be turned off thankfully. £24 is probably a lot for what you get. I think i'd describe it like a typical (not all) building inspector; they appear, glance around and they're gone, there's nothing tangible in what they do. The course does give you a small insight into each persons responsibilities and helps keep your eye in I guess, it's also far cheaper than it's competitors so for that, it might be worth it.”
