“The vocalisations were very poor - "construction (phase plan)" instead of "(construction phase) plan" for example. The course was tedious and not involving. All the material could have been presented as a written document, with tests. Laboured and lengthy without actual detail or advice. Wordy and very low on information. The extent to which the regulations on things like welfare applied AFTER the construction phase was not at all clear, or mentioned at all. At least there were no childish cartoons, but this was not an enjoyable or stimulating experience.”
