“I enjoyed the course - it's detailed and covers all aspects of CDM. However, there are a few slides that reference the requirement to appoint a Principal Designer if there is more than one designer on a project. The Regulations require a Principal Designer to be appointed if there is more than one contractor on a project - there is no reference in the Regulations to PD appointment being based on the number of designers.”
