On two occasions there were two answers within the assessment that would be deemed correct.

Straight forward and clear approach to the regulations, to build a basic understanding. Will require a more in depth read of the regulations to fully understand implications on a given project. On the questions I found 2 answers to be slightly questionable. 1. (paraphrasing) who is responsible for providing welfare facilities - the client should ensure adequate facilities are provided by themselves or another duty holder. Whilst it is not mandatory for the client to provide them, it is true that they could provide them, or just check they have been provided, so two answers are true. 2. (paraphrasing) what measures 'MUST ALWAYS' be implemented on traffic routes. All the answers were applicable but also conditional depending on what is best/possible for the specific case. Correct answer was 'permanent roads should meet the general requirements of public roads, where possible'. 'Should' and 'where possible' are contradictory to 'must always'.
