“I enjoyed the training, but I could not pause the topics within the modules if I was interrupted, so had to either go back to the previous topic or wait for the end and then restart. Each time I had to paused for longer than a few minutes I was logged out of the training and had to sign in again.”

“Excellent course but I am not sure all organisations have the resources to do this. Some guidance on how a smaller organisation might approach it would be useful. Eg instead of calibration meetings - perhaps a buddy manager who has similar team etc.”
