The spoken voice over was not easy to listen to. It seemed rushed and too much on the same tone. It was a good overview of the process but I had expected more examples, especially in the area of grading. There was no mention of SMART targets.

Hello Jean, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate your comments! I'm sorry to hear that you didn’t like the voice-over. I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the relevant teams regarding both the audio and the content to see if there is anything we can improve for the next version of the course. Thanks again, Kim (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

Insufficient interaction and questionable points such as dictating what scores should be offered on a set matrix - no company or industry is the same to suggest a blanket scoring policy. All in all I did not find this course beneficial.
