“overly long. repeating statements throughout. some facts are questionable. eg low user cost/energy lighting is detrimental to health and causes macular degeneration the low frequencies also a cause of mood lowering and migraine and headaches. Due to their high cost it is questionable if they are cost effective at all and in regards to waste it is easier to recycle normal bulbs as there are only 2 products. metal and glass and neither are carcinogenic as the mercury filled lights are. Also the public transport scenario is false. taking up to 4 times as long to arrive at destinations and using energy if full or empty. electric train services use power that is constantly being produced so therefore are not carbon efficient.”
