“In general very useful but was very surprised that after emphasising need to use emails rather than printing you are sending my certificate by post, requiring ink, paper, stamp, travel. Also some of the ideas are really impractical for a very small business like ours.”

Hello Jacquie, Thank you for your review. I understand what you mean there, we are currently looking at ways to become more environmentally friendly.
