The price of the course includes an instant download on the certificate, a postal hard copy of the certificate future, the ability to do the assessment unlimited times as well as the option to log in as often as you like to access the training once you have completed the course. “Very good course that helps you to understand the needs of a facilities manager. As I have said already for another course that I have taken it would be great though if you have the option to have your training material printed so you can refer to it at any time you need it but obviously you can't have it all”

I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the course and it helped you understand the needs of a facilities manager, that's great! In regards to printing the material, unfortunately the course is unavailable for download or print as all the learning is completed online. Our courses are continually updated due to changing legislation and regulations so any paper copies could become inaccurate or outdated. However, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, you can log back in and repeat any of the learning modules as many times as you like. Just click on the "Review course" button on the end of the completed module and select previous until you get to the page you want to be at.
