“While CPD points are always welcome, this course unfortunately felt like a missed opportunity. The content was overly simplistic. More of an introductory guide than a practical course and seemed more suited to someone just discovering what Facilities Management is, rather than those already working within it. It serves as a CPD box-tick - but I'd recommend it to those at the very start of their FM journey.”

I do recommend awareness of the detail in the slides and external links for research as this can support the ground work before applying for further related courses more specific to building, business and organisation types and sizes.”
