“Be aware of perpetuating ableist, highly-gendered, and limiting advice. It is possible to function in our society without working toward hegemony. Dressing conservatively, in clothes that "fit correctly", working to portray neurotypical body language, and masking natural, neurodiverse body language, these are not necessary to conduct business. These ideas are socially re-enforced, and this training is doing its utmost to be part of that re-enforcement. I am disappointed, to say the least.”
