“Thank you. This was an easy to access and use course. It was very clear. There was a lot more information on risk assessment and health and safety than I was expecting. I had hoped for instruction on how to check the earth wire connection using the electrical devise that my workplace has. I think I an get instruction on this elsewhere though. Many thanks, Beverley”

“The presentation was clear, and helped to consolidate and update information on best practice. I am responsible for operating and maintaining electrical equipment in a church, including carrying out PATs, and I feel that having completed this course I will be in a better position to advise and support users of portable electrical equipment in that setting.”

“Ever heard of a microphone dampner? The narration audio is very harsh. In the introduction an example of a portable device is a coffee machine. I do not agree with this, a coffee maker is portable, a coffee machine is not.”
