“The least intimidating online course I have ever done. The learning was created in a safe environment and not feeling that you would fail if you don't answer the questions correctly. Every answer given right or wrong was explained. Even during the test, we are allowed to retake it until we pass. Didn't feel they were there to fail us, but to help us to learn enjoyably. I did learn more because of it. Thank you.”

“It would be good if the correct drop down answers are displayed (once completed) to ensure I know & can record for future reference. IN final assessment, it would be good to see list of incorrect answers, so enable me to answer it a second time & record correct information for future reference.”
