“I've done safeguarding adults training quite a few times. This online course was excellent! There is no need to travel to do the training, you can do it at your own pace, the course fits in with a busy lifestyle. I'm pleased I got 95%”

Hello, thank you for your review! I'm sorry to hear you couldn't access your certificate. I have had a look into this and can see that we received a name change request from you but as we are unable to print titles on certificates we had to reject the name change request meaning the certificate wouldn't have been available for download straight away.
