“A good generic course. It would be more engaging to use a real voice rather than an AI generated one. The course does not go deep enough into understanding yourself as a leader and relies on the idea of 'building your own personality profile' too much. You are referred to three seperate external psychological models. The course would benefit from having these integrated more into the course rather than referring you to external links and material (you also have to pay extra on these sites to find out your actual personality type). The course would benefit from more situational awareness coping techniques rather than just giving an explaination of key words or phrases. For example, when talking about conflicts the course does not actually tell you how to deal with conflict, or give any conflict resolution techniques regrarding different situations or people or personality types.”
