Hi Nicola, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate it! If learners get a question incorrect on an assessment, we do encourage them to go back through the modules and revisit the topics. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future. Our courses are quite in depth to cover necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the required knowledge, and I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course!
