“(1). You can obtain the certificate without passing the test. (2) there is not mention that processing special category data requires a DPO no matter the size and (3) Data can be transferred to adequate countries - this is ambiguous - you need to say that there is a list of adequate countries otherwise people can assume that their company can decide on the adequacy.”

In all of our courses, you are required to pass any exercises in the modules before you can access the assessment and then complete and pass the assessment at the end before you can download or receive a hard copy certificate.
