“The Disciplinary Procedures training, in my opinion was well explained and with the audio made it a lot easier than reading word for word (Well it would have taken a lot longer :-)). It was well laid out and easy to read when i had to go back and read the questions before putting my answer. Can not fault it at all. I will require a paper copy for my folder and will ask how i can down load and then print off.”
