“Could be a little bit more interactive, has a good basic knowledge but would reach out elsewhere for a more in-depth course. Although it does give you a really good basic understanding of cellar management, could include more photos as it is sometimes hard to understand what they are talking about in the text (or even could include arrows on the photos to help the client understand) Then again what do you expect for £25”
