Our course is for the employee to understand what behaviours and comments constitute sexual harassment so they can be avoided, prevented and called out. This course is to give you the confidence to recognise sexual harassment in the workplace, understand how to report it to your line manager appropriately, and know how to work with your colleagues to promote a positive environment that prevents sexual harassment from occurring.
