“I was concerned to see language that people "must" report criminal actions to the police. Whether to report a crime as a victim is a deeply complex and personal choice, and the pressure in the course language to always report a crime to the police was not a good example of victim-focused work. I would recommend reviewing the language in the criminal segments.”
