“Very comprehensive and the functionality worked well. I found it a little repetitive in places, but overall it was a fairly light/easy exercise to undertake. However in some cases I felt there was a tendency to 'scare' people about how comments and behaviours might be interpreted - for example, that even innocently-meant comments might be taken as harassment and therefore would be harassment! - it's a minefield! The links provided in parts of the training to more detailed documents for further reference is helpful.”
