Course was okay, a bit basic and slow. Assessment question 1 was vague and open to interpretation (if you witness someone making offensive gestures at work, whats the best course of action). The correct answer apparently is B - take them to the side and explain its offensive. I would think many people find this difficult e.g. if its an aggressive, large man and a woman oversaw it. Or if it was a senior person and you were junior. This is why I went for option D - immediately report to HR. I would like to see multiple options for this
