“The course certainly makes you aware of your responsibilities regarding your behaviour at work especially, and previously what may have seen by one's self as meer jokes or comments can have negative effects on colleagues, it makes one more think twice and should do so, much more education is needed in this area as to is considered acceptable and unacceptable, it should made clear I think to all that there is no place for inappropriate behaviour anywhere.”
