“The course was very good. There is one issue I want to feedback on: in the section on emergency lighting, slide 26 shows very unsafe 'work at height' practice. A photo of a man checking emergency lighting but using a stepladder in a totally incorrect way and in front of a door. This photo ought to be replaced.”

“I found it very informative and the downloadable forms were a bonus. However, due to the amount of information that needs to be learnt a condensed version in a downloadable handout would be very beneficial, I found I had to make notes throughout to ensure I didn't miss anything.”

Hello Carin, Thank you for your review! I’m really happy to hear you liked the course and that you found it informative. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Many thanks!
