“I found the voice over difficult to listen to. Made harder by the fact that you are reading words and listening to the voice and each is saying different things. I still don't quite understand how it fits with my role as I am a manager in a care home that employs contractors - still don't understand what my own responsibilities are and what is the contractors. And that is despite going over it a number of times to try and get my head round it. Not sure the course was suitable for me”

Hello Diane, thank you for your review and feedback. In regards to the voice over, you do have the option to turn this off within your course settings if it doesn't work for you.
