“I found the voice over difficult to listen to. Made harder by the fact that you are reading words and listening to the voice and each is saying different things. I still don't quite understand how it fits with my role as I am a manager in a care home that employs contractors - still don't understand what my own responsibilities are and what is the contractors. And that is despite going over it a number of times to try and get my head round it. Not sure the course was suitable for me”

The course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements.
