“Though there was a section on headers / section of a model permit to work - it would be beneficial to have some worked examples and a worked example of a time line - ie., - work planed, reviewed Risk assessments and method statements, prepare Permit, executed permit, signed of permit. Again - some "real life examples" would help.”
