“I think for staff new to the profession would find this course useful. However, it's advertised as a course that covers 'extreme' behaviour and SEND. 'Extreme' is obviously subjective, but to lots of staff working in SEND provisions experience a lot more challenging behaviour than is covered in this course, meaning it was a bit of a waste of time, and we will have to find another course that actually covers 'extreme' behaviours.”
