The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is quite an in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! “It's easy to complete. My only suggestion would be to add a button to pause the audio in each slide, sometimes you want to stop it because something interrupted you but it's not possible, you have to wait for it to finish. Apart from that everything else is great.”
