“I found the training quite overwhelming and somewhat stressful. Being dyslexic definitely gave me a disadvantage to process all the information given. It was a lot to look over as cannot skim read like a lot of people can normally do. It would be helpful for each module to have been condensed and only specific key facts that we needed without a lot of extra detail. Smaller bullet points would be helpful and more videos as well. The video clips were the most effective for me personally.”
