Yes it was very good I would have done better if I read the question twice and reflected before answering. So on reflection I should have thought more during my decision process

I really enjoyed this unconscious bias course. It was extremely detailed, informative and thoughtfully structured. The content went beyond basic definitions and provided clear explanations about how unconscious bias develops, how it influences behaviour and decision making, and how it can impact others in both personal and professional settings. What I appreciated most was how practical and reflective the course was. It encouraged me to think honestly about my own assumptions and provided realistic examples and scenarios that made the learning feel relevant and applicable. The strategies for recognising and challenging bias were especially useful and gave me concrete tools I can use going forward. The course was well presented, easy to follow and engaging throughout. I feel I have gained a much deeper understanding of bias and how to approach situations more thoughtfully and inclusively. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to increase their awareness, develop personally, and improve how they interact with others.

very detailed. I don't have bias leaning to anything but I found it interesting that this is such a serious issue now that there are many aspects of bias behaviour that are now identified and labeled to clearly address the issue.
