“Good level of depth for each pillar and resource sheets that will be really useful. Particularly useful is having different ways to approach managing and improving thoughts and emotions such as the ABC and having a range to find what works best as we are all individual. I can use or adapt many of these to work with young people as they are not too complicated.”
