“Thank you for all the resources and easy to digest information on a personal topic. I feel like I have some practical tools I can use with the worksheets provided which I can adapt to suit my needs and preferred way of recording. I appreciated the optional nature of some elements to give people control over their experience with the course. I will return to the resources many times in future!”

“I have taken this course to check the content as I will be asking a woman I support to complete it. I think there needs to be clearer definition between inner drive and future focus. I also think the relationships pillar needs to address more around issues of isolation and the barriers to connecting with community”

“I found the course very interesting, informative and easy to listen. I enjoyed the example sheets provided. I would highly recommend this course to others and feel that this course should be introduce to schools as part of their curriculum.”
