“I enjoyed the format of the course. But it was not very clear where TACCP ends and VACCP begins. No clear details about how the output from VACCP was reviewed by the TACCP team. Not demonstrated how VACCP and TACCP are referenced or used for HACCP. None of the modules were specifically about VACCP; -Introduction - Types of food threat - The Attacker - TACCP and the business - TACCP and food defence There was an example template for VACCP but not for TACCP. Some of the questions were not covered specifically in the training material - for example; Who to notify mitigation actions from supply chain risk”
