“I am curious how was the statistic of people not receiveing promotion purely due to being trans-gender determined as it appears to me that this could only be established as a fact through admission by all parties involved - is this the case? Otherwise, if it is based on an opinion of one of the parties, it should then be presented clearly as a perception and not as a fact, as it was done in case of some of the others statistics quoted.”
