“Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) course and final assessment training was extremely informative, well-structured, and relevant to real safeguarding practice. The course content was clear, up to date, and covered key safeguarding areas such as thresholds of need, information sharing, recording concerns, professional curiosity, Early Help, Section 17 and Section 47 procedures, and the roles of agencies such as Children’s Social Care and LADO. The examples and explanations helped to strengthen my confidence and understanding. The assessment questions were particularly helpful in reinforcing safeguarding knowledge and ensuring practical application of learning. Overall, I feel better equipped to identify concerns, respond appropriately, and follow correct safeguarding procedures in line with UK guidance. Thank you for delivering such a valuable and professionally designed safeguarding course. I would highly recommend this training to anyone working with children and young people.”
